How to Regiser?

Go to the link https://icnda.in/event-registration to fill out the form. Please make sure that you have logged in before registration.

If you haven’t submitted your paper at the time of registration, you can leave the fields “Paper ID” and “Paper Title” as 123 and NA respectively.

You can visit your dashboard to see the details of the registration.

Please pay the registration fee mentioned in the section ‘Payment Methods’ below accordingly.

Your registration will be complete once you have filled out the registration form and mailing the registration fee receipt to us at icnda22@gmail.com.

Note: There are no fees for publication of any accepted and presented paper in the Conference Proceedings (Scopus Indexed). Only registration fees are applicable.

Note: At least one of the author(s) of any accepted paper must register and present the paper in the conference either in virtual mode (oral presentation) or physical location mode (oral presentation / poster presentation). Otherwise the paper will not be published in the Proceedings.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be availed purely on payment basis. You can choose to stay inside the campus and outside the campus (Details to be updated soon).

Indian participants can pay registration fees and accommodation fees through SBI Collect. Details of instructions are given below:

After making payment, you are requested to send us the payment details through our emails icnda22@gmail.com and icnda@smit.smu.edu.in . We will confirm you within three days after receiving your email and fee details.

Note: All foreign participants are requested to write “SMIT CONFERENCE ICNDA 2026”, as a statement or note during transferring/paying the registration fee. It will help us to identify the amount easily.

All foreign participants are also requested to send us a copy of the swift for your registration fees through our conference emails icnda22@gmail.com and icnda@smit.smu.edu.in as an attachment. We will confirm you within two weeks after receiving your email and fee details.

Note

There are no fees for publication of your paper in the conference proceedings (Scopus Indexed), only registration fee is applicable. For each paper, there must be at least one registration. TA (AC 3-tier/AC Chair Car) may be provided to all participants for their travel to join ICNDA 2026 through the shortest route (offline seats are limited). Make sure to get confirmation from the organizer before you book your tickets.
