Paper Submission

Authors may submit their papers using the SPRINGER NATURE submission system “meteor” by the following link:

https://meteor.springer.com/ICNDA

You need to register and make your submission account using the above link to submit a paper.

Need to choose a specific TRACK-No to submit a paper to ICNDA 2026 based on the topics listed on the page “Call for Papers” https://icnda.in/icnda-2026/call-for-papers/

Please do not choose Default Track.

For initial submission, conference template is not mandatory. Author may submit a single PDF of the paper of any format.

Conference template (Latex or word) is mandatory for submission of revised paper. Conference paper templates (Latex and word) are available in the download section.

All the accepted and presented papers of ICNDA 2026 will be published in “Springer proceedings in Physics (Scopus Indexed)” with three volumes Vol-I, Vol-II, & Vol-III. There are no fees for publication in the “Springer proceedings in Physics (Scopus Indexed)”. Only registration fees are applicable.

Review process will be initiated after receiving of any paper.

Number of pages in the paper should be 10-15 pages according to the conference template. [Templates (Latex and word) are available in the download section]

Similarity of any paper must be below 20%. Similarity from any single source must be within 3%.

All the images can be colored (online as well as printed hard copies). In case of colored images, the authors should produce the fig(s) in at least 600dpi.

Note

There are no fees for publication of your paper in the Springer proceedings in Physics (Scopus Indexed) with three volumes Vol-I, Vol-II, & Vol-III, only registration fee is applicable. For each paper, there must be at least one registration. TA (AC 3-tier/AC Chair Car) may be provided to all participants for their travel to join ICNDA 2026 through the shortest route (offline seats are limited). Make sure to get confirmation from the organizer before you book your tickets. Contributory sightseeing (shared basis) will be arranged on 11th April 2026 for all interested participants.
